Jackson Law Office provides legal services in and around Wheeling, West Virginia. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses and charitable organizations. Our services are intended to meet the clients’ transactional needs and, depending on the circumstances, may include wills, trusts, estate settlement, special matters involving the elderly, real estate matters, oil and gas transactions, or the creation or operation of businesses.

We primarily serve clients in Ohio County (including the town of Triadelphia), Brooke County (Wellsburg and Bethany), Marshall County (including Moundsville and Cameron), Wetzel County (New Martinsville) and Tyler County (including Middlebourne and Sistersville).
